Hayley Bloomquist

Lifelong western horse trainer from a multigenerational equine family. Intuitive, results-driven with decades of experience. Specializes in western training and lessons for all ages — especially passionate about building confident young riders from the ground up.

Championship titles, show judge, certified equine therapist. Runs camps, team-building, and community programs introducing inner-city kids to horses. Committed to trust-based, empowering environments.

Michele Bloomquist

50+ years as a respected western performance trainer. No-nonsense ethic, individualized approach — brings out the best in horses & riders. Multiple PCHA champions trained & handled.

Former board member (PCHA & WHSEA), international experience (Japan), certified equine appraiser. Sets the standard for professionalism and genuine care.

Sonya Jahn

(Beginners Instructor)

Sonya Jahn is our beginner riding instructor with extensive experience both in riding and teaching. She is highly well-rounded, with expertise in English, dressage, western dressage, and western riding, giving her a broad perspective that benefits every student.

Known for her patience and thoughtful approach, Sonya focuses on building a thorough foundation, ensuring that each rider develops confidence, proper technique, and a strong understanding of horsemanship.

We welcome all ages and levels—from first-time beginners to seasoned competitors—whether for shows, horsemanship improvement, or a supportive barn family.

OUR PROGRAMS

Riding Lessons & Youth Programs

$90/lesson • $310–$585 monthly packages

  • Ages 5+ • No prior experience needed
  • Private or group on gentle school horses
  • Summer camps, Horsemanship 101/102, birthday parties

Family Bonding & Team-Building

Ground-based equine sessions to strengthen communication, trust, and teamwork — no riding required.

  • Families ages 8+ or corporate adult groups

Western Training – You + Your Horse
